Principals of Ricker | Cunningham (RC) have been working with the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado’s urban renewal authority since 2009, preparing documentation necessary for creation of more than eight (8) separate planning areas; establishing the Board’s strategic business plan, policies, and protocols; reviewing development funding requests; and currently, designing a program for monitoring incremental tax revenues and ensuring greater predictability. It is both the Authority’s intent, and RC’s, to repackage these materials for distribution and use by the state’s other redevelopment agencies.
